About the Extension
This extension adds customer-specific pricing per product to Shopware 6. For each customer-product combination, any number of price lines can be defined, each with a quantity tier (quantity from / quantity to) and a validity period (valid from / valid to). If a price line applies, it automatically replaces the standard product price – in the product list, on the product details page, in the shopping basket and in the order.Management in the Administration Module
The overview list displays all customer prices, with the following columns: Name, Customer Number, Company, Email, Item Number, Valid from, Valid to, Quantity from, Quantity to, Price (net) and Price (gross). By default, the list is sorted by customer number, item number and quantity scale.
The customer number and item number are each directly linked to the corresponding customer or product record. Multiple records can be deleted at the same time using the row selection function.
CSV Import/Export
Customer prices can also be exported or imported as CSV files. There are two modes to choose from for CSV imports: In the standard mode (option ‘Replace existing prices on import’: disabled), new records are simply added, whilst existing rows that match exactly (same customer, product, time period, quantity scale and price) are skipped; in ‘Replace’ mode (option ‘Replace existing prices on import’: enabled), however, for every customer-product combination contained in the file, all existing price rows are first deleted and then replaced by the rows from the file, whilst customer-product combinations not present in the file remain unchanged.
Display in the storefront
Customer prices are visible only to logged-in customers. Guests and visitors who are not logged in always see the standard prices. If the customer changes the quantity on the product page, the price displayed is updated in real time to reflect the appropriate pricing tier. Whether the price is displayed as net or gross depends on the tax status of the sales channel or the customer.
There are two options for displaying customer prices in the shop: with ‘Direct’, the relevant customer price is delivered immediately with the page – wherever Shopware would normally display the price. To ensure that no customer accidentally sees another customer’s prices, the extension ensures that every logged-in customer receives their own, individually cached version of the page. With “AJAX”, all visitors are initially shown the same, normally cached page; only afterwards are the standard prices automatically replaced in the background with the relevant customer prices.
Options
- Rendering mode: Specify whether prices should be included during rendering, meaning the HTTP cache will use a separate key for each customer (Mode: Direct). Or whether the page should be cached identically for all users, with prices loaded via JavaScript (Mode: AJAX).
- Handling of customer prices above the product price: Decide whether the customer price is only used if it is cheaper than the standard price (Option: Best price) or whether the customer price is also used if it is higher than the standard price (Option: Always always use the customer price).
- Always-valid rule (for price tier assignment): Select a Shopware rule here that always applies. Important: You must define a rule. This is required to assign customer prices to a rule within the price tier system.
