About the Extension

Import Trusted Shops product reviews into your store. This way you can benefit from more reviews directly in your store. The standard plugin of Trusted Shops integrates the reviews via Javascript. The reviews given in the store so far are not displayed the same as the Trusted Shops ratings. With this plugin you close this gap and display the Trusted Shops reviews like normal reviews in your store.
Reviews are imported once per day.

With the option "show omnibus-guideline" activated, the following notice is displayed next to the product reviews: "We use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for obtaining reviews. Trusted Shops has taken measures to ensure that these are genuine reviews. More information". The link provided under "more information" takes your customer directly to the appropriate Trusted Shops page.

Configuration (from v6.0.2/7.0.2)

Note: The options must be defined for each sales channel.

• Placeholder for title (Administration only): Define a placeholder for the title in the administration
• Placeholder for review title (Storefront): Specify the title under which reviews without a title should be displayed.
• Placeholder for customer (Storefront):  Set the customer name for the storefront.
• Auto unlock: Define from how many points Trusted Shops reviews are released automatically. All other reviews has to be enabled manually.
• Show omnibus-guideline: This option displays the following note: "We use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for obtaining reviews. Trusted Shops has taken measures to ensure that these are genuine reviews. More information"
• eTrusted Client ID: Enter your eTrusted Client ID here.
• eTrusted Client Secret: Enter your eTrusted Client Secret here.
• Activate reviews automatically: If this option is activated, the reviews are automatically approved for display in the shop.
• Activate reviews automatically - Minimum points: Define the star rating from which the reviews are displayed in the shop.
• Fallback customer name: Enter the customer name that should be stored by default for Trusted Shops reviews.

• TrustedShop API-Key: Your API-Key from Trusted-Shops

Optional Configuration

• Placeholder for Title (Default: empty): The title of a review is a required filed. Such a field does not exist in Trusted Shops.
• Auto unlock (Standard: 4): Define from how many points Trusted Shops reviews are released automatically. All other reviews has to be enabled manually.
• Show omnibus-guideline: yes / no. This option displays the following note: "We use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for obtaining reviews. Trusted Shops has taken measures to ensure that these are genuine reviews. More information"

  • The feed for product reviews has to be enabled for your shop in JSON-Format. Please ask Trusted Shops to enable this service.

Use

Manual import
In the main directory of your Shopware installation execute the following command line (as a chronjob once a day): ./bin/console lenz:ts-product-reviews:import

Delete duplicates (only after request by our support!)
In the main directory of your Shopware installation execute the following command line: ./bin/console lenz:ts-product-reviews:remove-duplicates

Uninstallation

To open the submenu of your plugin do the same as described above.

Click "uninstall" now.

Further information

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.

Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Support
Our support team is happy to help! Please submit your support request via your Shopware account.
Please check the following in advance:

• Latest version of the extension installed
• Valid rental licence
• Error also occurs in the standard theme
• Third-party extensions are deactivated
• No custom code modifications to the extension

For the analysis, we require:

• Unrestricted admin access
• Additional SSH or database access, if necessary

Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Trial version
When you rent for the first time, you can test our extension free of charge for 30 days. Use the trial period to check out all the features at your leisure. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.
