About the Extension

Shop pages that are enriched with FAQs can significantly improve the shop's customer service. With this extension, you can create FAQs that can be integrated anywhere in the shop via an experience world element.

Various FAQ managers are available for managing your FAQs. You can create central FAQs, category or product-specific FAQs and FAQs for landing pages.

The central FAQs can be flexibly integrated on category pages or product detail pages. The assignment can be made directly in the category or article, but also in the FAQ configuration. The central FAQs can also be combined with category or article FAQs. To visually separate the central FAQs, they can optionally be displayed as a group with their own heading.

The FAQs for categories, articles and landing pages are created individually for each category, article or landing page and can therefore be created individually. These FAQs are also integrated into the layout with the "FAQ list" element. 

To give your customers a better overview of all questions and answers, the table of contents is displayed at the beginning of the FAQ block, which can optionally be hidden. The individual FAQs contain anchor links that refer to the respective FAQ. In addition, the FAQs can optionally be displayed as an accordion.

The FAQs are automatically labelled as "rich snippets" with this extension. This means that Google can display this structured data in the search result. This makes them stand out from other Google search results and increases the likelihood of them being clicked on. Normally, an HTML code must be integrated to add semantic information. "Rich snippets are already fully integrated in the FAQ Manager.

General information
Our apps are developed on the basis of the standard functionalities of the basic Shopware 6 system. This applies to the functionalities and designs of the basic system. Individual themes cannot be taken into account when developing the app. It may therefore be necessary to make individual adjustments to the theme in order to display all elements/functionalities correctly.

Compatibility
We develop our apps with compatibility in mind. If compatibility cannot be guaranteed, we will note this in the app description. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our apps with apps from other manufacturers. Due to the large number of apps offered in the Shopware Community Store, a compatibility check is not possible. Likewise, we cannot guarantee compatibility with Shopware apps that are not included in the Community Edition.

Support
We will check whether the specified error is caused by our apps or has another cause. Depending on the result of the investigation, we will inform you whether the rectification is chargeable or not. If independent changes have been made to our apps, the work involved will be invoiced. 

Test version
You can easily test all apps available in the Shopware Community Store from LENZ eBusiness. Choose the rental version of the app. The rental version always includes a trial month with which you can test our app free of charge for 30 days. Please take advantage of the trial month to make sure that the app meets your requirements.

Das Plugin ermöglicht es, einzelne FAQs mehrfach in unterschiedlichen Bereichen des Shops auszugeben (z.B. Kategorie-Seite + Produktseite). Vorteil für den Kunden: Immer alle Infos rund um die Kategorie und das Produkt genau dort, wo man sie braucht. Vorteil für den Shopbetreiber: Einfach und zentral zu verwalten. Und das alles dann auch noch mit Ausgabe als Rich Snippets... einfach ein perfektes Tool! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Support: Schnell und kompetent. Einfach erreichbar und für Anregungen immer offen. Dazu gibt es noch ein paar Anwender-Tipps gratis dazu. Danke!

Nachtrag: Das aktuelle Update des Plugin (2.1.0) ermöglicht es, FAQ in Gruppen zu sortieren. Damit kommt gleich mehr Übersichtlichkeit in die FAQ, sie lassen sich schnell und einfach in Themenbereiche gliedern.
