Wir haben uns von einem grossen Bewertungsportal nach Jahren getrennt da unserer Meinung nach viel zu teuer.
Wir sammeln nun Bewertungen über Google als Kundenrezensionen und Google Business Reviews. Leider sind die Google Kundenrezensionen sehr mager und somit kaum bekannt. Die Google Business Reviews sind daher viel besser.
Hier kommt dieses geniale Plugin zum Einsatz damit man die Gesamtbewertung als Badge sowie einzelne Bewertungen abbilden kann und alles per CMS in den Erlebniswelten.
Alle Einstellungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Der Support ist 1A! Super schnell und kompetent.
Ich kann das Plugin nur empfehlen!

Google Reviews for Shopware 6 — Configuration Guide

This guide walks you through connecting your Google Business Profile and displaying your Google reviews in your Shopware storefront. Follow the steps in order; the whole setup takes only a few minutes.

1. Requirements

Shopware 6.7 (Storefront and Administration).
An active Google Business Profile with published reviews.
Permission to sign in to the Google account that owns the business location.

2. Installation

Go to Extensions > My extensions in your Shopware Administration.
Upload the plugin ZIP (or install it from the Shopware Store).
Click Install and then Activate.
Clear the cache when Shopware prompts you to.

3. Connect your Google Business Profile

The plugin uses a secure Google sign-in (OAuth). You never enter a password in Shopware — you authorize access through Google itself.

Open the plugin and click Authenticate with Google.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your business and grant access.
You are redirected back to Shopware and your account is connected automatically.

Tip: use the Google account that actually owns the location. Accounts with only limited access may not return your reviews.

Select your location

Once connected, open the plugin configuration and choose your business under Location. If you manage several locations, each sales channel can point to its own location.

4. Import frequency

Reviews are imported automatically in the background. Under Global Configuration you can set how often Shopware refreshes them via the Update Frequency option:

Hourly
Daily (recommended for most stores)
Weekly
Monthly
Yearly

The import runs through Shopware's scheduled tasks, so make sure your task scheduler and message queue are running.

5. Display reviews with CMS elements

The plugin adds ready-to-use elements to the Shopping Experiences (CMS) editor. Edit any layout, add a block, and drag in one of the Google Reviews elements:

Badge widget — a compact overall rating badge, optionally fully clickable.
Carousel widget — a rotating slider of individual reviews with an optional title.
Score list — your average score and star rating.
Details list — a full list of individual reviews.
Details list slider — the review list shown as a slider.
Sidebar widget — a slim widget suited to sidebars and narrow columns.
Textual widget — a lightweight text-based rating summary.

Each element has its own configuration panel where you can set limits, filtering, and layout. For example, you can enable Hide reviews without text to show only reviews that contain a written comment.

6. Floating score widget

The floating widget shows your overall Google score in a fixed corner on every page. Configure it under Score Floating Widget configuration:

Show Score floating widget — turn the widget on or off.
Floating widget position — choose Top left, Top right, Bottom left, or Bottom right.

7. Cart & Checkout widgets

Build extra trust exactly where customers decide to buy.

Cart widget

Show widget on cart page — enable or disable it.
Select widget for cart — choose the Slider or the Score widget.
Widget cart position — place it above or below the cart line items.

Show widget on checkout page — enable or disable it.
Select widget for checkout — choose the Slider or the Score widget.
Widget checkout position — place it above or below the checkout page.

8. Google Review Reminder email

Automatically invite customers to leave a Google review after their purchase. Configure it under Google Review Reminder:

Enable google review email — switch the reminder on.
Google review link — paste the direct link customers use to leave a review (from your Google Business Profile).
Days to await sending email — the number of days after the order before the reminder is sent.

Make sure your store's email sending (SMTP) is configured, otherwise reminders cannot be delivered.

9. Advanced: Custom CSS

Under Advanced: Custom CSS you can fine-tune the appearance of the widgets to match your theme.

Important: enter plain CSS only (no SCSS). Invalid or malformed CSS can break the appearance of your storefront, so use this feature with caution.

10. Troubleshooting

No reviews appear: confirm the Google account is connected and a Location is selected, then wait for the next scheduled import (or trigger it manually).
Reviews look outdated: check the Update Frequency and verify the scheduled task and message queue are running.
Widget missing on a page: confirm the relevant widget is enabled and, for CMS elements, that the element was added to that layout.
Styling looks off: review your Custom CSS for typos, or clear it to return to the default look.
