This functionality revolutionizes number generation. Through alphanumeric counters (Base32), concise numbers (e.g. RE-A8F2) are created, which drastically reduce typing errors during bank transfers and prevent direct conclusions about the actual number of orders or sales volume.

The intelligent context recognition provides maximum flexibility: depending on the selected number range type (e.g., order, invoice, or customer), the exactly matching placeholders are automatically available. Synchronizing documents (mode: order number = invoice number = delivery note number) is seamlessly achievable. Customer-specific counters, for example for B2B customers, or date variables with fallback chains can also be implemented with just a few steps.


Thanks to sophisticated inline patterns with if/else branches, complex logic can be mapped directly within the number range—completely without additional rule sets. Depending on specific conditions, completely different combinations and formats can be created for a number, tailored exactly to the respective business process.
