Advanced Custom Fields – Flexible options in the storefront

This extension brings Shopware custom fields to the frontend: in the checkout, on addresses, during registration, in the customer account and directly on products.

For each area you can configure virtually unlimited custom fields. The extension is built to handle large numbers of fields while remaining fast and stable.

Custom fields in checkout, customer area and on products

• Display existing custom fields in checkout, shipping and billing addresses, registration and customer profile
• Use custom fields on the product detail page for flexible product configurations
• Define the field order per area directly in the administration
• Multilingual labels for international storefronts

All inputs are stored reliably in the related custom fields of the order, customer, address or product.

Product configuration with line-item storage

For product configuration you assign specific products in the extension instead of using Rule Builder conditions. This lets you control exactly which items show additional fields.

The entered values are stored directly on the product line item of the order and can be viewed clearly in the order administration. Each individual combination is treated as its own stackable line item in the cart – perfect for variants, extras or services and without the typical issues other plugins have when merging or updating line items.

Rule Builder, Flow Builder and validation

• Control field visibility via individual Rule Builder conditions (e.g. by sales channel, customer group or cart content)
• Mark fields as required with validation on submit and during final checkout
• Use custom field values in the Flow Builder, for example for email notifications or automated processes

Collected values can be used directly in email templates such as the order confirmation. Example for an order custom field:
