About the Extension

This plugin adds an extra email field to the shipping address used exclusively for carrier notifications (e.g., tracking and delivery options). Your store emails remain unchanged and continue to go to the standard address.

Together with Pickware shipping plugins (e.g., DHL, GLS, Deutsche Post), the alternate email is automatically sent to the carrier during label creation — provided the carrier supports this field.
