Aura – key figures and contribution margins for Shopware, with an iPhone app

Aura shows the key figures of your shop in the Shopware admin and in the Aura app for iPhone: net revenue without shipping, orders, average order value and repeat order rate. Aura Max adds contribution margins I to III, calculated from purchase prices, shipping, fulfilment and advertising costs.
Overview
- Contribution margin I, II and III, marketing cost per order, cost per new customer and customer value
- You enter advertising budgets, fulfilment and shipping costs per month in the plugin settings, for the whole shop or per sales channel
- Every sales channel and every domain can be analysed on its own, e.g. B2C, B2B or a country domain
- All shops running Aura in one iPhone app, connected with a QR code
- The app reads the figures straight from your shop. There is no neonlines server in between.
Plans and prices
Aura Start costs €9.90 per month, the first month is a free trial. Aura Pro and Aura Max are added with an in-app purchase in the Shopware admin. A plan applies to one shop.

- History up to 2 years, custom date ranges, last month and year to date
- Comparison with the previous period or the previous year, in every figure and in the trend
- Stock outlook for 7, 14 and 21 days with forecast accuracy
- Sample conversion: how many sample buyers purchase later, after how many days and with what revenue
- Monthly revenue goal with a month-end projection
Aura Max – €44.80 per month
Aura Start + €34.90 via in-app purchase
- All features of Aura Pro
- Contribution margin I, II and III from purchase prices or entered production costs, shipping, fulfilment and advertising costs, per month and per sales channel. The calculation can be followed step by step.
- Margin per product and category
- Marketing efficiency: cost per order, cost per new customer (CAC) and revenue per advertising euro (MER), per sales channel and month
- Customer value and cohorts: a new customer's revenue in the first 12 months compared with the acquisition cost
- Monthly goal for contribution margin III as well
Features your plan does not include stay visible in the admin and the app, with a short description. You can unlock them any time in the Shopware admin.
Aura app for iPhone
The app is free on the App Store. Connect all your shops running Aura and keep their figures in view, anytime and anywhere. Each shop needs its own Aura licence and shows the figures of its plan in the app.

Privacy
The app fetches the figures directly through your shop's Admin API. Each device has its own read-only access that you can revoke at any time. By default the app receives no personal customer data: names only as initials, no e-mail addresses, postal addresses or comments. You can change this in the plugin settings.
