FlexImport fetches your CSV files directly from the source – with no manual uploading at all:
- Provide the file: via FTP, encrypted SFTP, a direct URL or from the local file system
- Select the matching Shopware import profile
- Set the interval – e.g. daily, hourly or every few hours
Done. From now on FlexImport keeps your data up to date reliably in the background while you take care of more important things.

FlexImport is deeply integrated into the Shopware Flow Builder. You control every import process exactly the way you need it, connect it to your existing workflows and trigger imports directly from the flow action whenever needed. You simply keep using your existing import profiles – without duplicated work and without having to set anything up from scratch.
Dynamic file names for changing files
Do your source files carry a new name every day, for example with a date or timestamp? No problem. With dynamic file names based on placeholders, FlexImport automatically recognises the right file – for FTP, SFTP and local imports. This keeps your import running smoothly even with daily changing exports.
Safe for unattended operation
So that a faulty import does not keep running unnoticed, FlexImport automatically deactivates the affected flows after repeated errors. And the clear log view shows you at any time – with a status column, visualisation and handy filters – what was imported and where something went wrong. You spot a problem in seconds instead of digging through endless log lines. This way you keep full control even with many automatic imports and can rely on your data being truly up to date.

Compatibility
Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

Do you need assistance? Our support team is at your disposal in both German and English.
To process your request as quickly as possible, please ensure that:
- The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
- You have a valid rental or subscription license
- The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
- No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
- You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information
In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.
