In Shopware 6 you can already create dynamic product groups, these are the counterpart to the product streams known from Shopware 5. Such product groups are useful if, for example, certain products from the online shop are to go on sale. Using product criteria such as manufacturer, price or product type, all articles that meet these criteria are grouped together in a dynamic product group. One of the most desired features, which is currently still missing in Shopware 6, is the subsequent output of these dynamic product groups. This is exactly what our CategoryProductGroups plugin now does.
So after you have created a dynamic product group for certain articles, you can now use the plugin to create a new category or use an existing category, such as "Sale" in the example above. In the next step, you link the already created product group with your category - in this category the products will be displayed and your customer will see all articles in the online shop. This way our plugin creates the long-awaited connection between category, product group and the output of your articles.
If the functionalities are not mutually exclusive, we can ensure that this plugin is compatible with all of our own plugins. Compatibility with third-party plugins, for which For example, we cannot guarantee that Shopware's premium plugins count. If there are any problems, our support will be happy to help you. Of course, we keep our plugins compatible with a new Shopware version. Here we refer to the Shopware Community Edition with Standard Responsive Theme.
