About the Extension

Does your B2B shop need more control than Shopware offers out of the box?

You sell to retailers, business customers or closed customer groups and do not want every visitor to see prices, assortment and ordering options immediately. At the same time, new customers should register, upload documents and only be activated after your review. That is exactly where AccessManager comes in: you control visibility, registration and activation centrally by customer group and account type.

Why default Shopware is often not enough for B2B

Shopware knows customer groups and rules, but not a complete private shopping workflow with manual activation, custom registration forms and targeted control of prices, categories and ordering rights. If you protect conditions, trade prices or sensitive assortments, you need a solution that thinks registration, login and visibility together.

Design registration the way your process requires

Under Customers → AM Forms, you create additional registration forms and design them individually. This lets you capture different fields per target group, link forms to customer groups and account types and use file upload where needed for trade licences, dealer agreements or other documents. Private customers see different fields than business customers.

After every registration, you are notified by email. You review the data and activate or reject the account directly from the notification or in the Shopware admin. Optionally, a confirmation page protects against unwanted automatic activation by mail scanners that open links in activation emails in advance.

Invite customers instead of waiting for them

Newly registered dealers are not the only way into your shop: you invite customers directly from the administration. Sales channel and customer group are assigned automatically, the invitee receives a personal link and can complete the account with a password.

Private shopping and prices after login

You decide whether the shop is only visible after login or whether visitors get a preview without an account. Landing pages, contact, imprint and privacy pages can remain publicly accessible while assortment and conditions stay protected.

You can show prices after login per customer group or hide them completely. This lets you present products publicly without revealing conditions. For selected groups, ordering can be disabled while prices remain visible.

Rules that actually match your customers

You control categories and content by rule per customer group. With the rule condition for customer type, you check real private or business status, not just whether a company field is filled in. Address editing can be blocked for certain groups, experience worlds can be displayed by account type. After login, you redirect customers to categories, landing pages or the referrer.

Administration, automation and integration

In the dashboard widget you manage waiting customers centrally and can delete accounts with a safety prompt when needed. The Flow Builder receives triggers for customer registered, activated and deactivated. This lets you automate emails, tags or internal processes. Via the API route, you activate or deactivate customer accounts from external systems such as CRM or ERP. Registration can be restricted to specific email domains.

If you want to map B2B processes with activation, document review and protected prices without bending Shopware, AccessManager is the right extension. Install the plugin, set up your AM forms and decide who is really allowed to see and order in your shop.

Compatibility

Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

To process your request as quickly as possible, please ensure that:

  • The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
  • You have a valid rental or subscription license
  • The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
  • No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
  • You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information

In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.

For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.

Leider ist es nicht möglich das Umsatzsteuerfeld und Firmenangaben bei der Registrierung einer Privatperson auszublenden. Kommt das noch? Ansonsten sehr zufrieden mit der Erweiterung! Good Job!

Plugin tut genau das, was es soll.
Wir hatten am Freitag Mittag einen schwerwiegenden Fehler bemerkt, den das Plugin hervorgerufen hat.
Daraufhin haben wir ein Support-Ticket erstellt, welches sehr zügig beantwortet wurde.
Der Entwickler hat noch am gleichen Tag ein Update zur Verfügung gestellt, womit der Fehler behoben wurde.

Insgesamt vergingen von der Eröffnung des Support-Tickets bis zur Bereitstellung des Updates 3,5 Stunden - Einfach klasse.
