decision made. Do you do that too? No wonder, because the reviews of other customers have a significant impact on your
own purchase decision, which has even been scientifically proven (Bitkom study 2017). So that new customers can benefit from
the experience of your existing customers, you can now use our Shopware plugin "Google Customer Reviews".
With this free and open source plugin, you can easily activate the Google customer reviews for your online shop.
This function gives your customers the opportunity to better assess your products based on the experiences of other
customers and thus provides a good guide for their purchase decision. And there is also a great added value for you:
The reviews give you direct feedback on your offer and you get to know the needs and wishes of your customers even better. A
win-win situation for both sides!
Would you like another feature? With the plugin you can easily activate whether the Google ratings should be displayed
as a badge. You can also choose the position on the bottom left or right.

Compatibility
As long as the functionalities are not mutually exclusive, we can guarantee that this extension is compatible with all of our own extensions.
We cannot always guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions, which include, for example, the Shopware premium extension.
If there are any problems here, our support team will be happy to help you.
Of course, we keep our extension compatible with a new Shopware version.
Here we refer to the Shopware Community Edition with Standard Responsive Theme.

Wann wird die Umfage von Google ausgelöst? Nach einem bestimmten Zeitraum nach erfolgter Zustimmung oder muss die Bestellung einen bestimmten Status erhalten, damit Google weiß, dass es die Umfrage abschicken darf?
