If your customer orders as a guest in your online shop, there was usually no way for him to find out about his order
status - after all, no customer account was created for the order. The only available information was status e-mails or
your customer called or wrote an e-mail which cost valuable time in customer support.
Our QuickStatus plugin now ensures that customers with guest accounts can also view detailed information about their
order status. Via a link implemented in the confirmation e-mail, which identifies the customer on the basis of certain
parameters, the customer is first directed to a quick overview page in our two-stage system. Here the different order
statuses, for example "open", "in process" or "has been sent", are displayed. If the customer now also enters his
postcode here, he can also see other order details such as the delivery and billing address and the content of the
order. Of course you can also offer this service to your standard customers. The overview can be found
at "www.yourshop.com/quickstatus".

Compatibility
If the functionalities are not mutually exclusive, we can ensure that this plugin is compatible with all of our own plugins.
Compatibility with third-party plugins, for which For example, we cannot guarantee that Shopware's premium plugins count.
