Sound familiar? You have a new promotion, an important notice or a freshly designed shopping experience – but your visitors simply scroll right past it. This is exactly where a popup modal comes in: it puts your most important message centre stage instead of hiding it somewhere on the page.
Whether it is the announcement of new products, information about changes in your shop, a hint about your newsletter or a limited-time promotion – popups and modal screens are simply part of a professional online shop. The art lies in using them so that they attract attention without being annoying. By the way: this plugin is the successor to our "Gold" awarded "InfoLightbox" from Shopware 5 – now for Shopware 6, with modern shopping experiences and far more options.
Design your content completely without programming
While content used to be limited to the rich text editor, you now design your modal with the Shopware 6 shopping experiences – entirely without code. Alternatively, you can use the HTML editor field or embed a complete external page via iFrame. You decide what takes centre stage.
You also determine the position yourself: choose from nine different positions whether your modal appears at the top left, in the centre or somewhere else. And you are not limited to the home page – display your content on categories, product detail pages or standard pages such as the shopping cart and the account area.
These functions take your modals to the next level
- Over 90 animations for fading in and out, including adjustable speed – so you direct attention exactly where you need it.
- Exit intent: if a customer is about to leave your shop, you react at the right moment with a fitting modal.
- Open modal via link: link a modal directly from your content or call it up specifically via a configurable URL parameter.
- Grouped modals: combine several pieces of content – the modal that was clicked opens first, and your customers switch between the contents conveniently via tab navigation.
Full control over timing and visibility
You define exactly when and how often a modal appears:
- On which page or category is it shown?
- From when is it visible and how long should it stay?
- Is there a minimum display duration, or can the customer close it right away?
- Are there blocking periods during which it no longer appears?
- On which viewport and device is it displayed?
With the optional confirmation requirement, the modal only closes when the customer actively clicks it – after that it does not appear again in the same session. Using the sales channel setting, you also control in which shops the plugin is active.

Compatibility
Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

To process your request as quickly as possible, please ensure that:
- The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
- You have a valid rental or subscription license
- The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
- No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
- You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information
In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.
