You manage hundreds or thousands of items and know the problem: products live in an endless list. The category view that lets you find items directly in the tree is missing by default. Orders, customers and documents often show too little context at a glance. Complex searches cost fresh clicks — and your team repeats the same filters.
In shops with B2B, support or large assortments, lost time in the Administration adds up. What sales knows by heart only appears in the admin after several views.
Where the default admin hits limits in larger shops
Shopware offers solid management, but little comfort for teams with high order volume. You switch constantly between lists, details and the storefront. Important details often appear only in the detail view. Colleagues rebuild filters instead of sharing them.
You need tools that live in the admin: orientation in the category tree, reusable filters, richer list context and quick jumps to the storefront.
How AdminTools brings structure to your daily work
AdminTools extends the Shopware Administration with features for larger shops. You manage products again directly in the category tree, including product count and status. The category helper can be limited via a depth filter. Dynamic product groups appear in the product overview without detours.

Build filters once — and use them across the team
Combinable search filters for products, orders and customers turn complex queries into seconds. You filter by delivery status, time period, products or any entity property. Saved filters are available per account, for all users or for specific roles.
More context in orders and details
The order overview shows extra columns for payment method, shipping method, included products, shipment tracking with tracking codes, coupon code and stock. A direct link leads from the order to the customer profile.
In product details, an Orders tab shows which orders contain the item — useful for complaints. Customer details show payment, order and delivery status, invoice number and products. Property management reveals affected products per option.
Support, documents and console checks
For troubleshooting or customer care, you log in as a customer in the storefront — via Shopware standard or the plugin login service. Identity switching in the customer listing takes you to the account with one click.
Internal notes on products, customers and orders keep team agreements in one place, with pinning. Optionally you see notes and a welcome message on the dashboard. The document overview bundles receipts for filtering, downloading or sending by email. Flow triggers on account activation and deactivation automate follow-up steps.
For maintenance, console commands are available: you check broken media entries and can clean them up, find files without a database entry and register or move them, verify product media in the default folder, and tidy customers without orders — optionally by age, with export and removal.

Compatibility
Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

- The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
- You have a valid rental or subscription license
- The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
- No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
- You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information
In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.

Ein absolutes must have...
Ohne dieses Plugin ist Shopware 6 so gut wie unbrauchbar.
Wobei ich das leider gleich mal mit einer fetten Kritik an Shopware verbinden muss: Wie kann es sein, dass die angeblich tollste, beste und nebenbei mit 2500 Euro auch nicht grade billige Shopsoftware diese Funktion nicht schon von Haus aus hat???
