About the Extension

Sell a bundle without bloating the catalog

Building every package as its own product gets messy as soon as customers should assemble a set themselves. Maintaining several bundles as separate products does not scale in day to day work. A flat volume discount does not help when some components are required, others can be skipped, and the quantity per line stays freely selectable.

With Bundles you build this directly on the product detail page. You define the logic, fixed bundles, a selectable choice, optional components or a mix. Customers assemble their package where they buy. The price updates live, the saving is visible, and you raise the cart value without maintaining a new product for every combination. The customer sees at once what belongs in the package.

A stock pack where customers pick varieties and set the quantity per component, combined with a volume discount.

Fixed items plus freely chosen snacks. Required and optional parts sit in one package.

Surcharge

Freely chosen ingredients with a surcharge per component. The price updates on every change.

Optional components

With the types fixed optional and selection optional you decide what is required. Fixed optional components use checkboxes. The optional selection also offers a choice such as "No thanks".

Form fields turn the bundle into a configurator

With custom form fields you link texts, lengths and defaults to individual products in the set. Typical cases are an engraving, a name plate, a topping or a delivery note. You decide whether a field is required and which minimum length applies. That gives you a configurator on the product, without a second plugin.

Custom form fields are available from the Growth plan.

A saving the customer can see

The collapsible summary at the end of the bundle shows how much the customer saves compared with buying each item alone, as an amount and as a percent. Expanded, every component is listed with its single price, the saving and the price inside the bundle. If an item has its own price in the set, the original price appears struck through. Every change recalculates immediately. You can switch the summary on or off per bundle.

Show by rule

Using Shopware rules you control whether a bundle, a set or individual set products appear in the current context. Typical cases are customer groups, B2B buyers or a sales channel. If the rule does not match, the component is not offered and the cart is updated on the next calculation. The offer stays in the right context, for example for one customer group or one sales channel.

Upselling without catalog sprawl

Instead of discounting accessories across the board, you build offer worlds. Seasonal packages, personal combinations and higher margin mixes stay one product with clear logic. That is upselling the customer understands on the detail page.

Compatibility

Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

To process your request as quickly as possible, please ensure that:

• The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
• You have a valid rental or subscription license
• The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
• No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
• You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information

In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.

For a smooth troubleshooting process, we recommend conducting support in a staging or development environment. This allows issues to be reproduced under controlled conditions without affecting your live shop.
