"EasyCouponGenerator" for SW6 is an extension for "EasyCoupon". With "EasyCoupon" you could previously create individual coupon codes and assign them manually. "EasyCouponGenerator" makes it possible to create and export many coupon codes in just a few clicks. In the very first step, create a voucher configuration template according to your own wishes and you're ready to go: Assign a campaign name, enter the number of codes, select the configuration template - click and you're done. You have already generated as many codes as you like, which you can now also export very easily. To do this, open the voucher filter in the voucher overview and select "Generator" under "Origin". Another field opens with the previous campaigns, which you can filter by and then export as a CSV.

With the voucher code export, you have everything you need to bring your campaign to potential buyers in a matter of seconds: Put the codes on flyers and package inserts, communicate them in newsletters and cover letters or distribute them as part of other campaigns and POS events.

You can check how well your campaign is being received in the overview of actually redeemed vouchers. Here you have further filter options that help you with the evaluation. And if the codes of a current campaign are running low, you can increase the number of generated codes at any time. Even for campaigns that have already been activated.

Generate codes automatically for events

To make customer loyalty even easier for you, there will soon be a next feature: automatic code generation when creating "FlowBuilder" events. Simply define events after which customers receive an individual voucher code as a thank you. Such events could be a newsletter subscription or an order over a certain value of goods. Afterwards, the customer receives an attractive voucher code - automatically, without your manual involvement. This definitely puts your voucher marketing way ahead.

Compatibility

Our extension is generally compatible with all our own extensions, provided that the respective functionalities do not conflict with each other.
For third-party extensions, including Shopware’s premium extensions, we cannot guarantee unrestricted compatibility. Should any issues arise in this context, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Naturally, when new Shopware versions are released, we ensure that our extension is made compatible with them in a timely manner.
Please note that our statements refer to the Shopware Community Edition with the standard responsive theme.

• The latest version of our extension, compatible with your Shopware version, is installed
• You have a valid rental or subscription license
• The issue also occurs in the Shopware standard theme and with all third-party extensions deactivated
• No changes have been made by you or third parties to the plugin code
• You have studied the manual in advance, as it already contains many helpful pieces of information

In most cases, it is necessary for us to have unrestricted access to your shop’s administration in order to analyze and fix the problem. Additionally, it may be required for you to provide us with FTP or ideally SSH credentials for your server. Please note that setting up and later removing these accesses is your responsibility.
