Make it easy for your B2B customers!

Do you run a B2B store and want to offer your customers the possibility to place repeat orders as quickly and easily as possible?

This app adds the menu item "Repeat order" to your customer account. Here the last ordered items are displayed. For each item you can choose if it should be reordered and the quantity can be changed. With one mouse click, all items to be ordered are placed in the shopping cart.
The list can be sorted by the article number, the name or the order date (descending or ascending), in the app settings you can set the default sorting.
Ideal for all kinds of consumer goods that are ordered regularly - and of course also suitable for B2C stores (coffee, tea, food, consumables, etc.)
Furthermore, the order documents (delivery bill, invoice etc.) can be displayed and are available for download directly in the customer account.

Das Plugin funktioniert grundsätzlich. Die Darstellung des Plugins im Frontend lässt zu wünschen übrig. Habe mein Anliegen als Feature-Wunsch an den Support weitergeleitet und dann nichts mehr gehört. Auf meine Rückfrage meinte der Support Wochen später, das Feature sei nun in der SW 6.6 Version integriert. Das nützt mir leider nichts.

Sie hatten einen speziellen Wunsch zur Darstellung. Wir haben diesen Wunsch in unserer Entwicklung aufgenommen und mittlerweile auch für die Version 6.6 umgesetzt. Die Aussage "dann nichts mehr gehört" ist faktisch falsch und somit eine unwahre Tatsachenbehauptung.

Wenn Sie Ihren Shop nicht aktualisieren wollen oder können, ist das nicht das Problem unseres Plugins. Änderungen und neue Features integrieren wir grundsätzlich nur für die aktuellste Shopware-Version.

Dies hatte ich Ihnen alles genau so mitgeteilt. Auf unserer Pluginseite ist der Fortschritt zu Wünschen jederzeit einsehbar.
Darüber hinaus habe mir eine halbe Stunde Zeit genommen, um Ihren speziellen Darstellungswunsch im Frontend evtl. mittels CSS zu erreichen. Dies war mir mit einfachen Mitteln nicht möglich.
Zudem geht diese individuelle Beratung weit über unseren Support für das Plugin hinaus.
(Das Plugin funktioniert genau wie beschrieben - es geht hier nur um eine kleine Formatierung, die der Bewerter "nicht schön" findet.)

Ich berate Sie nicht zu Ihrer Webseite - auch wenn Sie dies mit "alle anderen Dienstleister haben sich das aber angesehen", "ich bin enttäuscht" und dieser negativen Bewertung quittieren.
Schade, dass mein Engagement im Support von Ihnen so gesehen wird.
