Optimize your support with Zendesk!
If you are using Zendesk, the Zendesk Shopware integration gives you quick access to the related customer data, orders and order items and documents - directly in the Zendesk backend!
Furthermore, a Zendesk widget can be integrated into your shopware store with a few simple steps. This allows your users to create Zendesk tickets directly in the shop.
Please note: this plugin only works with a Zendesk account (which has to be paid for).

- Install and activate the Shopware plugin as usual in the Plugin Manager
- The free Zendesk app (available from the Zendesk Marketplace (https://www.zendesk.de/apps/, search for Shopware 6) must be installed in the Zendesk backend.
- When installing in Zendesk, enter the Shopurl and the Shopware login data (these are displayed in the configuration of the Shopware plugin)
- As soon as a ticket is found in Zendesk with a known email address, the associated data is displayed.
