About the Extension
This plugin adds analytics tools to the Shopware administration on two levels: KPI widgets embedded above the order and customer list pages, and an advanced Stats module with in-depth reports across sales, customers, products and stock.
Sales Reports
Sales views, each with current-vs-previous-period comparison, sortable tables, charts and CSV/PDF export:
- Summary — revenue, orders, customers, AOV plus chart and order/period table
- Geography — country, region, city, postcode (billing or shipping address)
- Time — day of week and hourly patterns
- Catalog — product, category, manufacturer, trending products
- Transaction — payment method, shipping method, sales channel, currency, customer group, tax, coupons
- Loss leakage — abandoned and cancelled orders with payment-method and channel breakdown
- Margins — margin %, low-margin flagging, deteriorators (cost ↑ vs price ↓), cost pressure
Customer Reports
- Cohort retention matrix — group customers by first-order month, track M0/M+1/M+2… retention, revenue or orders per active customer
- RFM segmentation — quintile-based scoring assigns each customer to one of 10 segments (champions, loyal, at risk, can’t lose, hibernating…) with heatmap and segment summary
- Customer overview — new vs returning, active customers, retention rate, registration conversion, guest orders
Product Reports
- Cross-sell pairs — products bought together with frequency, lift, confidence and basket-size distribution
- Product drill-down — per-product timeline of revenue, orders, stock and price plus channel/country/group breakdowns
Stock & Inventory
- Stock overview — total units, in-stock vs out-of-stock, stock value, low/top-stock products
- Low stock reports — configurable urgency tiers (critical, warning, approaching) per product
- Dead stock — products with no sales in the period
- Overstock — products above a configurable days-of-supply threshold
- Depletion risk — days-of-supply forecast from sales velocity and current stock
KPI Widgets in List Pages
The original widgets remain: 8 order KPIs and 8 customer KPIs (4 visible per widget) appear directly above the order and customer list. Each card shows the value, % change vs the previous period and a sparkline plotting both periods.
- Order KPIs — orders, items ordered, orders done, orders done in time, revenue, AOV, cancelled orders, refunded orders
- Customer KPIs — new customers, returning customers, active customers, orders per customer, average customer revenue, guest orders, retention rate, registration conversion rate
Saved Profiles
Save filter, sort and view-mode combinations as named profiles per report and reload them with one click. Each user can pin a personal default; a global default is also supported.
Filtering & Date Range
A sidebar filter panel applies across every report — sales channel, order state, payment and shipping method, customer group, country, region, manufacturer, category, product, coupon, plus text search on customer name, email, order number and product number. The date range picker offers 9 presets (last 7/14/30 days, current/previous month, last 3/6/12 months, current year) and a dual-month custom calendar.
