WMS | POS | Picking, Packing, Returns, Back in Stock
Description
Highlights
- One price, no volume tiers: unlimited orders, products, warehouses, users and tills
- Warehouse management Shopware does not have: multiple warehouses, bin locations, batches, stocktakes
- Point of sale in a browser: receipts and invoices, cashier shifts, counter returns, one stock with the online shop
- In the storefront for your customers: a returns portal and an e-mail when a sold-out article is back
- Picking, packing and put-away on handheld terminals, with purchasing and min/max replenishment behind them
Features
- Floor plan in 2D and 3D — draw the racks and generate bin codes from them
- Picking routes derived from your floor plan instead of alphabetical lists
- Buffer areas: receiving, quarantine, transit and returns
- FEFO, FIFO and LIFO removal strategies with shelf-life rules
- Handling units: pallets and cartons with their own code, moved as a whole
- Full movement history: from where, to where, how many, why and by whom
- Stock integrity check with a repair wizard and detection of changes made bypassing the warehouse
- A till in a browser on the same terminal: scanner, quick-sale tiles, parked baskets
- A receipt or an invoice at the counter, and a discount above the limit only once approved by PIN
- Cashier shift: opening float, a counted drawer, a shift report and returns by receipt number
- Choice of the warehouse an order ships from with a decision log, and transfers between warehouses
- Quality control on receipt and landed costs added to the purchase price
- Box proposals from article dimensions, a print queue and carrier hand-over lists to sign
- Stock reports: low stock, dead stock, overstock and depletion risk
- API, events and dedicated ACL roles for integrations
About the Extension
Stockly gives Shopware a real warehouse. Instead of one stock number on a product you know which building and which shelf the goods are on, who is picking them, what came back from customers and what needs reordering. All of it inside the Shopware administration.
One plugin replaces several: warehouse management, returns handling, back-in-stock notifications, purchasing with replenishment, packing with label printing, and a point of sale.
What it covers
- Warehouse — multiple buildings, bin locations, batches and expiry dates, stocktakes, full movement history
- Picking and packing — picking waves, routes derived from your own floor plan, box proposals, handheld terminals with scanning
- Point of sale — selling at the counter in a browser, a receipt or an invoice, cashier shifts with a counted drawer, returns by receipt number
- Returns — customer portal in the storefront, goods receipt, decision and refund
- Back in stock — when an article is sold out, customers subscribe in the storefront and get an e-mail as soon as it is available again
- Purchasing — suppliers, purchase orders, receiving with quality control, min/max replenishment
- Shipping and printing — parcels, carrier hand-over, labels and documents routed to the right device
The shop floor on the same stock
The till runs in a browser, on the same terminal as the warehouse — no separate app and no separate stock. A sale at the counter takes the goods off the very stock the online shop ships from, and the customer gets a receipt or an invoice.
A till profile states, separately for each sales channel, what a cashier may do: discount limits, which payment methods count as cash, the printers and the rules for issuing an invoice. A discount above the limit goes through only once an authorised person approves it with their PIN. A fiscal device is attached through an extension point.
One price
No volume tiers and no per-order fees. Unlimited orders, products, warehouses, users, tills and devices — a warehouse that grows does not cost more.

Installation
- Upload the plugin via the Plugin Manager or install it with Composer
- Activate the plugin and clear the cache
- Make sure the message queue and scheduled tasks run as services
First run
Open Stockly → Setup. The wizard creates the first warehouse and links the catalogue to stock records. On a shop that already sells, also run the Open orders step so that orders placed before the start report their demand.
Point of sale
- Switch the till on in Settings → Till settings
- Add the counter in Warehouses → Terminals, with the role Till and the sales channel it sells for, and open the link the wizard shows in the browser on that computer — a handheld scans the QR code beside it instead
- Give the cashiers a PIN on their user card and a role carrying Work at the till
That is all a counter needs in order to sell. A till profile in Operations → POS → Till profiles is added later and states the discount limits, the drawer and the printers. Without one the till runs under cautious defaults: every discount requires an approval and no payment method counts as cash.
Everything else
Configuration, drawing the hall, terminals, privileges and a description of every screen are in the documentation: docs.p2lab.eu/stockly
