About the Extension
Add Filter Bar to replaces guesswork filtering with a single, powerful condition bar above the product, order and customer listings. Type into one field and build precise conditions token by token — field, operator, value — with dedicated inline pickers for every data type. Everything cooperates with Shopware’s native list filters: conditions are stored through the standard filter mechanism, appear in the sidebar panel and survive reloads.
Any Field, Any Relation
The field list is built live from the entity definitions: every scalar field is filterable, and relations drill down recursively — pick Customer › Customer group on the order list or Delivery time › Name on the product list. A Search entry inside every relation lets you pick concrete related records, with thumbnails for media, two-stage selection for properties and infinite scrolling for large lists. Curated shortcuts keep frequent targets like payment status or sales channel one click away.
Operators for Real Questions
Is, is not, is one of, is not one of, contains, at least, at most, between, is set, is not set — matched to the field type. Text values suggest existing values from your data while you type. A special has duplicates condition finds products sharing the same EAN, resolved server-side so it works at any catalog size.
Groups You Can Come Back To
Drag one condition onto another to form a group — collapse it to a single pill, expand it, name it. Named groups are saved per user and listed in a Groups section of the bar’s dropdown, ready to be re-applied any time; each group decides whether applying it replaces the current filters or adds to them. Admins with configuration rights can publish global groups for the whole team.
Defaults, Favourites, Recents
Save the current conditions as your default filters — they apply before the very first request whenever you open the listing with no filters of your own. Global defaults cover users without personal ones. Favourite searches pin whole condition sets, favourite fields pin frequently used fields on top of the field list, and recent searches bring back what you filtered a moment ago.
Dates That Stay Fresh
Date conditions offer presets like 14 days ago that are stored relatively and re-evaluated every time the condition is applied — a saved “newer than 14 days” default keeps meaning the last 14 days, today and next month.
Product List Extras
A Show variants switch (remembered per user) lists variants with inherited fields, a subtle indicator marks variant rows, and a Parent condition finds all variants of a chosen product. Conditions targeting variant-only data enable the right view automatically.
Deferred or Live
Build several conditions and apply them together with Enter or the search button (default), or switch to live mode where every completed condition applies immediately. A settings page controls the apply mode, text autocomplete, relation depth options and the product-list extras.
