About the Extension

With the German Post Integration you create stamps and shipping labels in just two clicks, right in your Shopware administration. The extension connects your online shop directly with the German Post web service. Apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred, and no manual CSV export is needed.

For every order you create shipping labels, stamps and return labels, retrieve them as a PDF straight away and print them directly. Tracking codes land in the order automatically wherever German Post provides them, and the tracking link is added to the shipping notification.

Please note: this extension is designed for use in Germany and does not work in other countries.

Requirements for using this extension

Here is what you need:

A Portokasse account from German Post.
A one-time approval of the Pickware application inside your Portokasse account, under offene Freigaben in the Geschäftsanwendungen tab. Without this approval the credential check fails and no labels can be created. You'll find the steps in the plugin configuration as well.

Eigendlich gut aber Brief Maxi fuktioniert nicht

Bei dem Produkt Brief Maxi kommt immer die Fehlermeldung kein eindeutiges Produkt. Ansonsten einfach und effizient. Es Wäre schön wenn es zu oben gernannten Problem noch eine Lösung gibt, danke.

Hi Bernd,

danke für die 4 Sterne und für den klaren Finger auf die Wunde. „Kein eindeutiges Produkt" beim Maxibrief ist eine Meldung, mit der man alleine nicht weiterkommt, das sehen wir genauso.

Seit deiner Bewertung ist einiges passiert, deshalb der Reihe nach: Wir haben die Produktliste der Deutsche Post Integration mehrfach an die Angebotsänderungen der Deutschen Post angepasst. Im Dezember 2025 hat sich die Schnittstelle selbst geändert. Dafür musst du unsere Anwendung einmal in deinem Portokasse-Account freigeben, unter „offene Freigaben" im Reiter „Geschäftsanwendungen". Die Schritte stehen inzwischen direkt in der Pluginkonfiguration, damit man dafür nicht suchen muss. Bitte einmal auf die aktuelle Version updaten und die Freigabe erteilen, dann ist die Chance groß, dass der Maxibrief endlich eindeutig ist.

Zur Dokumentation, die du mit zwei Sternen bewertet hast: fair. Wir haben nachgelegt, in der Konfiguration öffnet ein Button „Zum Helpcenter" jetzt direkt den passenden Artikel, und Fehlermeldungen beim Download von Versandbelegen sind verständlich statt technisch.

Wenn es danach noch klemmt: Ticket über help.pickware.com mit einer betroffenen Bestellung, dann gehen wir ran. Danke für „ansonsten einfach und effizient", genau so soll Briefversand mit Portokasse direkt in Shopware sein.

Hallo,

das Plugin wurde von uns sehr lange erwartet und nun endlich macht es das was es soll. Kleine Anmerkung, bei jedem Aufruf sind wieder die Standartwerte eingestellt und ich muß meine Briefgröße und Labelgröße neu einstellen. Läst sich das Plugin ändern sodas die einmal eingestellten Vorgaben bestehen bleiben?
