What is the Theme - Manager?

The Theme - Manager is the control centre for your shop design: a dedicated dashboard in the administration where you manage layout, product presentation, sales promotion and developer tools in one place – clearly arranged, without a single line of code and, if you like, individually per sales channel. It is compatible with:

the Shopware default theme – no additional theme needed to get started
selected RH-Webdesign themes – for example Theme - Nova
custom themes – developed by you, built on the Theme - Manager

Does the Theme - Manager work with my existing theme?

The Theme - Manager is built for the Shopware default theme, selected RH-Webdesign themes (e.g. Theme - Nova) and custom themes based on it – including duplicates you create under Content › Themes. There is no blanket guarantee for third-party themes, as the features reach deep into the storefront.

What does the Theme - Manager cost – and what about premium?

The Theme - Manager is free and stays free. Premium is deliberately simple: a single in-app purchase unlocks all premium features together – Conversion Checkout with statistics, bundles, cross-selling popup, configurator, surcharges, wish lists, back in stock and the free shipping notice. You unlock it right in the administration.

Do I need programming skills?

No. You pick layouts via preview cards and manage everything else through regular settings in the administration. The developer tools (SCSS/JavaScript, Twig, theme inheritance) are an optional extra for those who want to go deeper.

Can I configure settings differently per sales channel?

Yes. Every setting applies to all sales channels together or to a single one. Deviations are immediately visible thanks to the inheritance display – and one click takes you back to the shared value.

How do I transfer my configuration from staging to the live shop?

Via import / export: download all settings of a sales channel as a file and import them in the target system. There are also theme presets with recommended settings and a clean reset to defaults.

What happens if I deactivate the Theme - Manager?

Your shop simply continues with standard Shopware behaviour. The Theme - Manager can be activated and deactivated independently of your themes.

Where do I find help if I get stuck?

Every setting is documented with screenshots – in English and German at docs.rh-webdesign.com, linked right from each setting. And if that is not enough: open a support ticket or email straight from the administration – you talk to the developer, not a call centre.
