Turn your storefront into a 24/7 sales advisor

The Stone & Water AI Product Advisor answers customer questions right in your shop – like an experienced in-store assistant. The key difference: the advisor never invents products. For every query the plugin searches your real catalog, and the AI may only recommend from the items that were actually found. Your customers get reliable recommendations instead of hallucinations.

Four AI providers, your choice. Use OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Mistral or Google Gemini – each with its own API key and a freely selectable model. You keep full control over cost and quality.

Smart search that understands what the customer means. A fast pre-call extracts search keywords as well as price and attribute wishes (e.g. colour, material, size) from the question and searches your catalog precisely. If the AI service is unavailable or too slow, a local fallback with a timeout kicks in automatically – the chat always stays responsive.

From conversation to checkout in seconds. Recommended products appear as cards inside the chat. The quickview shows image, price and properties – and customers add the item to the cart via AJAX without leaving the chat. For variant products they pick size, colour and more through a live configurator that adds exactly the right variant to the cart.

Conversion finally measurable. The statistics module shows requests, top search terms, most-recommended and most-clicked products, cart adds, click rate and cart value – including CSV export.

More attention, more conversations. Optionally the chat opens proactively after a few seconds, and a subtle attention pulse on the launcher invites a click.

GDPR in mind. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are stripped automatically before anything is sent to the AI provider. A configurable privacy notice (optionally as a consent gate) informs your customers, and stored statistics are anonymised and deleted automatically after a configurable retention period.

Everything is configurable per sales channel: provider, persona, welcome message, position, colour, avatar and more.

Der KI Produktberater für Shopware ist eine wirklich gelungene Erweiterung, die zeigt, was mit moderner KI im E-Commerce möglich ist. Die zahlreichen Funktionen, die flexiblen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und die intelligente Produktberatung machen dieses Plugin zu einer echten Bereicherung für jeden Shopware Shop.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber den Entwickler! Hier merkt man sofort, dass jemand mit Leidenschaft, Fachwissen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an seiner Arbeit sitzt.
