Leider läuft das Plugin seit der neuesten Shopware Version nicht mehr. Es fallen auf einmal die möglichen Zahlungen mit Kreditkarte, Klarna, usw weg- absolut unglaublich!!!
Insgesamt ist es enttäuschend, wenn Plugins nicht an die Shopware Updates angepasst werden... vor allem wenn es Zahlungsanbieter sind!!!

The plugin is described as working with up to latest shopware at the moment (6.5.2.1), but when trying to install it fails because it wants an old 6.4 version. Furthermore there is zero documentation to find out if this plugin is open source? Is there a GitHub page where one can get an updated version? (as clearly the latest one in the store is not fully up to date). This is why I'm giving it a single star.

Plug-In lässt sich einfach installieren und einrichten. Anhand der Dokumentation kann man auch ganz gut die einzelnen Zahlungsarten einrichten, sowie beschränken und es läuft auch soweit eigentlich ganz gut.
Dennoch hat das Plug-In immer wieder mal Probleme mit einigen Zahlungen und liefert weder dem Kunden noch dem Shop-Betreiber keine schnelle Auskunft über das Problem, außer man schaut in die Server-Logs, wo aber auch nur der Entwickler und nicht der Sales-Mitarbeiter drauf Zugriff hat.
Wenn bspw. eine Kreditkarte abgelehnt wird, anhand nicht vorhandener Bonität des Kunden "Your card has insufficient funds" oder durch Sperrung der Bank des Kunden "Your card was declined", könnte man ja zumindest in der Administration einen Hinweis bei der Bestellung einfügen, damit der Sales-Mitarbeiter nicht den Entwickler fragen muss und ewig viel Zeit verschwendet wird bis man dem Kunden mal helfen kann.
Auch hat das Plug-In generell Probleme mit manchen Zahlungen, wo mal eine Analyse & Optimierung angebracht wäre.
Beispielhafte Fehlermeldungen aus den Logs, die man mal angehen sollte:
- "The Stripe payment intent could not be created. Additional information: The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first."
- "The Stripe payment intent pi_****** did not succeed"
Und zu den folgenden Fehlermeldungen könnte man entsprechende Hinweise in der Bestellung hinterlegen:
- "You have exceeded the maximum number of declines on this card in the last 24 hour period. Please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact if you need further assistance. "
- "Your card does not support this type of purchase."
- "Your card has insufficient funds"
- "Your card was declined"
Bestenfalls ist es dann sogar über die Konfiguration des Plug-Ins steuerbar, ob die Hinweise auch für den Kunden im Frontend angezeigt werden sollen.

Seit 2017 nun alles über Stripe was alles vereinfachte.

bad support and bad plugin!

My shop use headless solution (store api from Shopware) and I want to use Stripe plugin for my shop but when I install it I was surprised the plugin doesn’t support headless (don't provide rest api for credit card or even don’t make redirects to stripe checkout page where my customers can make payments).
Ok I wrote to support in April and they say that Stripe plugin doesn’t support headless. I wrote "no problem but it would be nice if you implement it". Few month ago I wrote again what status with headless and they said me we don't have this feature in plans but maybe we will have.
Today we have October and we don't have headless solution. Even more if we check last changelog of plugin we see very casual updates (change icon, add icon).
SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THE PLUGIN:
1) AWFUL SUPPORT!
2) AWFUL FUNCTIONALITY! ???

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Zahlungsdienstleistern einfach einzurichten. Leider aber als US-Anbieter DSGVO-technisch problematisch und abmahngefährdet, solange man keinen anderen Zahlungsdienst anbietet.
