Probleme mit Bezahlvorgang

Seit Mitte November immer wieder Probleme beim Bezahlvorgang, dadurch viele Kaufabrüche. Sehr ärgerlich. Es wäre schön, wenn man das in den Griff bekommt.

Leider haben wir ständig Fehlermeldungen im Error Log, da haben auch diverse Updates nichts geändert. Täglich mehrere Bestellungen die eingegangen sind, aber keine bestätigte Paypal Zahlung haben. Und was ich absolut nicht verstehe: Warum kann man keinen Support für dieses Plugin bekommen??? So wie bei allen anderen Plugins?
Wirklich Schade, da die Funktionalität ansonsten super ist und es natürlich die Zahlungserweiterung der Wahl.

Leider funktioniert das Plugin nicht. ACHTUNG GESCHÄFTSSCHÄDIGEND!!!
Somit verliert man dauernd Kunden. Denn für den Kunden ist es sehr mühsam, wenn es nicht funktioniert und er wird dann nie wieder in diesem Shop bestellen. Und das weil Shopware das Plugin für Ihren eigenen Shop nicht in den Griff kriegt.

Buttons für das Direktbezahlen fehlen ständig und auch das Zahlen geht in vielen Fällen einfach nicht und in der Konsole kommen nur die Hinweise:
"Uncaught Error: zoid destroyed all components"
"Error: No ack for postMessage Me() in"
"Error: No ack for postMessage getPageUrl() in https://www.paypal.com in 10000ms"
usw.

Shopware 6.6.6.1
PayPal: 9.6.0

Da es auch keinen Support gibt, ohne eine teure Lizenz, die für mich als UG mit wenig Umsatz unbezahlbar ist, muss ich auf Paypal leider verzichten, obwohl es von den Kunden bevorzugt wird. -_-

Hallo, es tut uns Leid, dass das das Plugin für dich nicht richtig funktioniert. Bzgl. verschwindender Buttons kann ich dir nur nochmal ans Herz legen, auf die gestern veröffentlichte 9.6.1 zu aktualisieren.
Für die Konsolenfehler oder nicht funktionierende Direkt-Bezahlungen: Könntest du vielleicht hier einen Bug einreichen: https://github.com/shopware/shopware/issues/new?assignees=&labels=Bug&projects=&template=bug_report.yml (Extension PayPal auswählen). Zumindest basierend auf den Infos hier kann ich das nicht bei mir lokal reproduzieren und benötige mehr Details.

Mittelmäßige Qualität und Fehlerhandling, kein Support wie bei anderen Plugins üblich

Wir betreiben seit knapp einem Jahr den Shop mit SW6.
Das SW-eigene Plugin Paypal lässt sich leicht einrichten und konfigurieren.
Die meisten Bestellungen mit PayPal funktionieren auch, aber wenn man die Logs auswertet, finden wir über 60k Fehlermeldungen. Das deutet auf ein eher schlechtes Fehlerhandling des Plugins hin.
Das passt auch zu Beschwerden mancher Kunden, dass sie mit PayPal nicht bezahlen konnten.
Bei SW kann man üblicherweise Support über den Pluginhersteller (auch der Community-Edition) erhalten, sich selbst scheint SW dabei auszunehmen. Nur Support bei kommerziellen Versionen.
Es ist zudem uns unverständlich, warum eine Express-Bezahlung nur Gast-Kunden angeboten wird. PayPal ist es gleich, ob der User eine Gast ist oder einen Kundenaccount hat.
Für viele Kunden ist das gerade ein angenehmes Feature.

Hallo Christian, könntest du uns ein paar Details zu den Fehlermeldungen zukommen lassen? Das Plugin loggt relativ ausführlich, sind das wirklich alles Logs vom Level Error?
Zum Express-Checkout: Wenn der Kunde schon eingeloggt ist, ergibt das für uns nicht sonderlich viel Sinn, die Adressdaten sind ja dann bereits vorhanden. Dder Unterschied ist ja dann nur noch, ob jemand auf der Detail-Seite / im Warenkorb auf PayPal klickt, oder im Checkout erst. Den Zwischenschritt der Bestellüberprüfung (/checkout/confirm) gibt es ja in beiden Fällen. Könntest du uns deine Sicht der Dinge erläutern?

We are not fully satisfied with the performance of the plugin. On shopware version 6.4.20.2, the plugin does not work properly when going to the payment gateway when using windows or on the smartphone with android. On the rest of the systems we did not notice the error. It would be good if the developers of the plugin would look into this

Shopware 6.4 is only receiving security support at the moment, we recommend upgrading to a newer Shopware version, where there are also bug fixes and features available for the PayPal plugin.

Das Plugin hat weiterhin immense Schwierigkeiten richtig zu funktionieren. Jedes Update behebt Fehler und erzeugt neue.

Ich habe seit kurzem wieder das Problem, dass auf Rechnungen bei Zahlungsart "Kauf auf Rechnung" kein Abtretungshinweis für RatePay hinterlegt ist. Dies wurde mit der Version 8.2.0 / 9.2.0 (viel zu spät) hinzugefügt. Und jetzt ist es einfach wieder weg... Ich muss täglich mit Kunden diskutieren, da diese an unser Bankkonto überweisen...

Hallo Hendrik, uns sind keine Probleme mit dem Abtretungshinweis bekannt, ich konnte auch soeben das Problem nicht identifizieren. Wann werden denn bei Euch die Rechnungen generiert? Die Rechnungsdaten werden möglicherweise erst einige Minuten nach Bestellgenerierung hinterlegt, da PayPal uns diese nur verzögert zur Verfügung stellt. Als Trigger bietet sich daher nicht die Bestellgenerierung an, sondern erst, wenn der Zahlungsstatus Bezahlt ist. Eines der letzten Updates hat mal wieder die Integration gestört. Im Profil werden zwar alle Zahlungsarten von PayPal angezeigt (Paypal, SEPA, Kreditkarte, etc), aber beim Aufgeben der Bestellung ist jetzt nur noch PayPal zu sehen. Es sind keine Einschränkungen/Regeln aktiv. Zahlungsarten sind auch dem Verkaufskanal zugefügt.

Dauernd ist dieses Plugin kaputt und hat seine schlechte Bewertung wirklich verdient.

Hallo Bastian, die genannten Probleme der verschwindenden Zahlungsarten sollten mit dem Update 9.6.0 / 8.6.0 vom 12.9. behoben worden sein. Die PayPal-Eligibility-Prüfung hatte nicht korrekt funktioniert. Bitte entschuldige die dadurch entstandenden Unannehmlichkeiten.
