das Thema bringt alles mit was ein Thema braucht, es gibt sehr viel praktische und wertvolle Extras dazu. Der Support ist auch sehr schnell und bringt gute Ergebnisse im Falle eines Problems. Die Anleitungsvideos sind sher gut Erklärt und Verständlich für unerfahrene. Alles in allem ein sehr gute Wahl!

Ganz ok aber hat einen Feheler

Das Theme ist eigt. ganz gut, habe von der Firma bereits 4 weiter im Einsatz.
Allerdings liegt bei dem Theme "Bath" ein Fehler vor, das beim "Hovern" über "Home", "Home" ausgebelndet wird. Dies lässt sich auch nicht einstellen. Der Support hilft hier nicht weiter, "man soll doch einfach die Textfarbe ändern.." aber das will ich ja nicht.. dann bringt mir das Theme ja nichts.

zunächst einmal vielen Dank, dass Sie ThemeWare nutzen.

Wie ich Ihnen bereits per E-Mail geschrieben habe, arbeiten wir bereits an einem Fix. Leider können selbst wir nicht innerhalb weniger Minuten ein spontanes Update für all unsere Themes ausrollen, da Änderungen auch geprüft werden wollen. Das ändert auch eine Frust-Bewertung nicht.

Als temporäre Lösung haben wir Ihnen einen Hinweis gesendet wie Sie die Darstellung per CSS und über die Konfiguration verbessern können, bis wir ein Update veröffentlicht haben.

Ich wünsche Ihnen weiterhin gute Umsätze und alles Gute!

Mit dem Theme können wir unseren Onlineshop sehr gut nach unserem individuellen Wunsch gestalten. Die Bedienungen werden ausfürhlich dokumentiert bzw. in Video geklärt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch. Der Support ist super schnell!

Das Template sieht sehr gut aus und hat viele verschiedene Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, sodass man am Ende gut zum gewünschten Ergebnis kommt.

Wir haben uns für den ersten Shopware 6 Shop nach langem ausprobieren mit kostenlosen Themes, für das Themware Bath entschieden und müssen sagen, dass es vor allem durch die umfangreichen implementierten Einstellungen und bereits vorintegrierte, sonst nur als einzel PlugIn erhältlichen, Optionen ein wirklich rundes und großes Gesamtpaket bietet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dadurch ebenfalls sehr sehr gut. Die Struktur der Einstellungen ist klar und nutzerorientiert aufgebaut, wir mussten zu keinem Zeitpunkt den Support kontaktieren, weil wir eine Einstellung nicht gefunden haben ( Support kann ich daher nicht bewerten, haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen ). ThemeWare achtet größtenteils auch auf eine ordentliche Formulierung ohne überzogene, unnötige Fachbegriffe die die Einstellungen unklar erscheinen lassen. Besonders für Neulinge im Shopbackend sehr hilfreich. Grundsätzlich sollte man jedoch für dieses Theme schon etwas Erfahrung mitbringen und die Basics kennen, ansonsten wird man vom Umfang der Möglichkeiten doch etwas erschlagen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr zu empfehlendes, rundes Gesamtpaket mit vielen Optionen zu einem fairen Preis.

(Update 25.07.22 ) nach 5 Monaten Nutzung brauchen wir dann doch einmal Support von ThemeWare. Die Antwort war innerhalb von5 Minuten da, die Problemlösung innerhalb von 10 Minuten ) Support also 5/5 Sterne. Weiter so!
