About the Extension

With the "Statistics for Shopware 6" extension, you can view detailed statistics on the orders placed in the admin area. This adds helpful analyses and statistics to your Shopware 6 shop. 

The extension allows you to export the analyses as a .csv file. You can export all data records from an overview or only selected data.

The extension provides the following analyses of your orders:

• Article overview
  The sales and turnover per item are analysed in the item overview.
• Manufacturer overview
  The manufacturer overview analyses the sales and turnover per manufacturer.
• Monthly overview
  In the monthly overview, orders per month are analysed by gross, net and VAT amount, number of sales, average orders and new customer acquisition for you.
• Daily overview
  In the daily overview, all orders per day are analysed for you by gross, net and VAT amount, number of sales, average orders and new customer acquisition.
• Shipment overview
  The shipping method overview provides you with information on the utilisation of your shipping methods. An analysis of the gross amount per shipping method and the number of orders completes the overview.
• Payment overview
  The payment method overview provides you with an analysis of the most frequently used payment methods. The statistics analyse the gross amount per payment method and the respective number of orders.

The VAT can be output in the analyses in the various VAT rates. This makes it possible to output the VAT accordingly if the item is sold in several countries.
If an order contains items with different VAT rates, they can be filtered using the corresponding filter.
If the VAT output is not relevant for the analyses or export, it can be hidden. 

Important note: When using some plugins, such as payment providers, it may be necessary to import the tax rates manually. You will find the item "Update tax rates" in the plugin configuration after installation. Please update the tax rates in order to obtain correct statistics.

Further information

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.

Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Support
Our support team is happy to help! Please submit your support request via your Shopware account.
Please check the following in advance:

• Latest version of the extension installed
• Valid rental licence
• Error also occurs in the standard theme
• Third-party extensions are deactivated
• No custom code modifications to the extension

For the analysis, we require:

• Unrestricted admin access
• Additional SSH or database access, if necessary

Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Trial version
When you rent for the first time, you can test our extension free of charge for 30 days. Use the trial period to check out all the features at your leisure. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.
