About the Extension
AI Visibility Platform – Make your store understandable for search engines and AI assistants
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity or Copilot before they buy. These systems only recommend what they clearly understand: who you are, what you sell, at which conditions – and whether all of this is consistent. The AI Visibility Platform turns your Shopware store into exactly this kind of clear, machine-readable source.
The plugin automatically generates connected Schema.org / JSON-LD structured data for all important page types, publishes llms.txt and LLM data feeds, checks your company and brand data for contradictions and shows you which AI crawlers actually visit your store. Everything is managed directly in the Shopware Administration – no template changes, no developer required.
What problem does this plugin solve?
Many Shopware stores have great content, but AI systems and search engines cannot reliably interpret it. Typical issues:- products, prices, availability and ratings are not clearly identifiable
- company, shop and brand appear as unrelated, sometimes contradicting entities
- return and shipping conditions are hidden in legal pages instead of being machine-readable
- FAQs and guides exist, but are not marked up as structured content
- there is no dedicated entry point for AI systems such as llms.txt
- nobody knows whether – and how often – AI crawlers access the store
Your practical benefits as a merchant
1. Understood correctly by Google and AI systems
All structured data is output as one connected entity graph: product, offer, brand, company, website, breadcrumb, FAQ and HowTo reference each other with stable IDs. AI systems recognise that everything belongs to one trustworthy business.
2. Stronger trust and authority signals
Company details, logo, social profiles, a Wikidata ID and further authority profiles (e.g. LinkedIn, company register) are linked as sameAs anchors. Manufacturers become their own brand entities with logo, website and profiles.
3. Conditions that AI systems can quote
Return policy and shipping details – costs, free-shipping threshold, countries, handling and transit time – are added to every product offer. They use the same settings as your llms.txt, so there are no contradictions.
4. Fewer contradictions, more confidence
The entity consistency check compares company name, phone number, logo, profiles, brands and policy settings across all sales channels and tells you exactly what to fix – with a concrete instruction for every finding.
5. Content you can reuse
FAQ and HowTo content serves your customers in the storefront and is published as structured data and as LLM feed at the same time. You decide per entry in which sales channel it appears.
6. Measurable results
The AI access analytics show which AI crawlers visit your store, how often, when and which content they read most – so GEO no longer means optimising blind.
What the AI Visibility Platform does in practice
Connected Schema.org entity graph (new in 1.3.0)
Product, Offer, AggregateRating and Review, Brand, Organization, WebSite with optional Sitelinks SearchBox, BreadcrumbList, ItemList, FAQPage and HowTo are generated automatically and bundled into one @graph block with @id references. A switch restores separate blocks if you prefer them.
Authority anchors for company and brands (new in 1.3.0)
Enter the Wikidata ID of your company and further official profiles in the plugin configuration, and the Wikidata ID and profiles of each brand directly at the manufacturer. They are output as sameAs links – invalid URLs and duplicates are filtered out automatically.
Return policy and shipping details (new in 1.3.0)
MerchantReturnPolicy and OfferShippingDetails are added to each product offer: return window, method and costs as well as shipping rate, free-shipping threshold, destination countries and delivery times. If no transit time is configured, the product's Shopware delivery time is used.
FAQ and HowTo management with sales channel assignment
Create FAQ entries and step-by-step guides in the administration, assign them to products, categories or Shopping Experience pages and – new in 1.3.0 – to specific sales channels. FAQ accordion and HowTo guide are also available as Shopping Experience elements, now including structured data on landing pages.
Schema preview exactly as in the storefront (new in 1.3.0)
Choose a product, category or the home page and a sales channel – the preview shows the JSON-LD exactly as your storefront outputs it, with a validation badge per entity. From the GEO Schema tab of a product or category, the preview opens pre-filled.
Entity consistency check (new in 1.3.0)
One click checks company, website, brands and policies for contradictions – shop-wide and per sales channel, sorted by errors, warnings and hints. The check runs completely locally and changes no data.
llms.txt, llm.json and LLM data feeds
Public endpoints such as /llms.txt, /llm.json and the product, FAQ and HowTo feeds give AI systems a clean entry point: main categories, top sellers or a dynamic product group, curated landing and legal pages, payment methods, localised domains, trust signals and an optional product feed link – all per sales channel.
AI policy
Publish machine-readable usage permissions in llms.txt and llm.json: allow summarisation, comparison, recommendation or training, require attribution or a link to the source and add your own behaviour rules. Sensible defaults are pre-set (training off, attribution on).
AI access analytics
See which AI crawlers – e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended – access your store: KPIs with trend, time series per day, week and month, a breakdown per LLM, a weekday-by-hour heatmap, the most crawled content and CSV / JSON export. Tracking is privacy-friendly: no personal data, IP addresses only hashed or anonymised, automatic deletion after a configurable retention period. Optionally, crawlers are verified via forward-confirmed reverse DNS.
Native Shopware integration
The plugin adds its own AI Visibility Platform menu with FAQ manager, HowTo manager, schema preview, entity consistency and analytics dashboard, plus a GEO Schema tab on products and categories and two Shopping Experience elements. Administration, storefront and configuration are available in German, English, French and Spanish.
Typical use cases
For stores with large product catalogsConsistent product, offer and brand data across thousands of items – without manual markup.
For stores with advisory productsFAQs and how-to guides support buying decisions and are quoted by AI assistants.
For brands that want to build authorityA clear company and brand identity with Wikidata and authority profiles helps AI systems recognise you as the original source.
For multi-channel merchantsDifferent shops, languages and domains each get the right content and conditions – and the consistency check keeps them aligned.
Conclusion
The AI Visibility Platform prepares your Shopware store for the next generation of search: structured, consistent, measurable and fully managed in Shopware. The result: more clarity for AI systems, fewer contradictions, less manual effort – and stronger prerequisites to be recommended in AI answers.
