About the Extension
AI Visibility Platform – Get your store found, understood and cited by AI systems
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity or Copilot before they buy. These systems only recommend what they clearly understand: who you are, what you sell, at which conditions – and whether all of this is consistent. The AI Visibility Platform turns your Shopware store into exactly this kind of clear, machine-readable source, and shows you in one score how far you have come.
The plugin generates one connected Schema.org / JSON-LD entity graph for all important page types and removes the duplicate structured data Shopware outputs on its own. It publishes llms.txt, llm.json, AGENTS.md and data feeds, checks your company, legal and brand data for contradictions and shows which AI crawlers actually visit your store. Everything is managed in the Shopware Administration – no template changes, no developer required.
What problem does this plugin solve?
Many Shopware stores have great content, but AI systems and search engines cannot reliably interpret it. Typical issues:- products appear twice – once in Shopware's own Microdata, once in other markup – with contradicting details
- company, shop and brand appear as unrelated entities, legal name and address are missing
- return and shipping conditions are hidden in legal pages instead of being machine-readable
- FAQs and guides exist, but are not marked up or not published anywhere
- AI systems and agents find no entry point such as llms.txt or AGENTS.md
- nobody knows what to fix first – or whether AI crawlers visit the store at all
Your practical benefits as a merchant
1. One score, a clear to-do list
The AI Visibility Score rates every sales channel from 0 to 100 across seven areas: structured data, consistency, company and brands, product content, LLM feeds, AI access and coverage. Every gap becomes a to-do with the points it adds and a direct link to the place where you fix it. The history shows your progress.
2. Understood correctly by Google and AI systems
All structured data is output as one connected entity graph: product, offer, brand, company, website, breadcrumb, FAQ and HowTo reference each other with stable IDs. Shopware's own Microdata and JSON-LD are replaced, so search engines no longer see two contradicting versions of the same product.
3. Stronger trust and authority signals
Legal name, VAT ID and registered address make your company clearly identifiable. A Wikidata assistant finds the Wikidata item of your company and your brands – you confirm it with one click. Manufacturers become their own brand entities with logo, website and profiles.
4. Better product data, product by product
The product completeness score shows for every product what is missing – GTIN, description, images, properties, manufacturer, reviews, FAQ, HowTo, video – and lists the products that need attention most.
5. Fewer contradictions, more confidence
The entity consistency check compares company and legal data, brands, policies and feed links across all sales channels. It also finds names of your other shops in product texts and FAQs that are not published anywhere – with a concrete instruction for every finding.
6. Measurable results
The AI access analytics show which AI crawlers visit your store, how often, when and which content they read most – so GEO no longer means optimising blind.
What the AI Visibility Platform does in practice
AI Visibility Score and product completeness (new in 1.4.0)
The score is calculated daily per sales channel, via the console or with one click in the administration. It renders your home page, a main category and the best-selling products through the same pipeline as the storefront and also loads them from the live shop to detect duplicate markup added by a theme or another extension. The product tab GEO Schema shows the completeness of each product.
Knowledge Graph preview (new in 1.4.0)
See the entities AI systems read from your store and how they are linked – from the company via brands and categories to products, FAQ and HowTo. Click a node to see its validation notes and open it in the administration. Broken references are highlighted.
Connected Schema.org entity graph
Product, Offer, AggregateRating and Review, Brand, Organization, WebSite with optional Sitelinks SearchBox, BreadcrumbList, ItemList, FAQPage and HowTo are bundled into one @graph block. New in 1.4.0: all product images, videos, category path, weight and dimensions, release date, the matching GTIN type and variants as ProductGroup. Ratings cover the whole product family, as on the product page.
Replaces Shopware's own structured data (new in 1.4.0)
Shopware outputs Microdata (6.6, 6.7) or its own JSON-LD (6.7 with feature flag). By default the plugin removes it so only one consistent version remains. You can switch back to keeping it.
Company, legal identity and Wikidata
Maintain legal name, VAT ID and registered address next to name, logo, contact and profiles. They appear in the Organization schema, in llms.txt and in llm.json. The Wikidata assistant searches Wikidata for you; nothing is taken over without your confirmation.
Return policy and shipping details
MerchantReturnPolicy and OfferShippingDetails are added to each product offer: return window, method and costs as well as shipping rate, free-shipping threshold, destination countries and delivery times – from the same settings as your llms.txt.
FAQ and HowTo management
Create FAQ entries and step-by-step guides, assign them to products, categories, Shopping Experience pages and sales channels. Entries of a main product also appear on its variants. FAQ accordion and HowTo guide are available as Shopping Experience elements.
llms.txt, llm.json, AGENTS.md and data feeds
Public endpoints give AI systems a clean entry point per sales channel: company and legal data, brands taken automatically from your assortment, main categories, top sellers, curated pages, payment methods, policies and an AI policy. New in 1.4.0: AGENTS.md with instructions for AI agents – integrated with the agentic files of Shopware 6.7 – and a Link header on the home page that points crawlers to all files. Links accept a path or a full URL.
Entity consistency check
One click checks company, legal data, website, brands, policies, feed links and product texts for contradictions – shop-wide and per sales channel, sorted by errors, warnings and hints. The check runs locally and changes no data.
AI access analytics
See which AI crawlers – e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended – access your store: KPIs with trend, time series, a breakdown per LLM, a weekday-by-hour heatmap, the most crawled content and CSV / JSON export. Tracking is privacy-friendly: no personal data, IP addresses only hashed or anonymised, automatic deletion after a configurable retention period.
MCP tools for AI agents (Shopware 6.7, new in 1.4.0)
On Shopware versions with the built-in MCP server, AI agents with the right permission can read the AI Visibility Score, the consistency findings, the feed status and the validated structured data of any page. The tools only read – they never change data.
Native Shopware integration
The plugin adds its own AI Visibility Platform menu with score, FAQ and HowTo manager, schema preview, knowledge graph, entity consistency and analytics dashboard, plus a GEO Schema tab on products and categories and two Shopping Experience elements. Administration, storefront and configuration are available in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian – and so is the user manual, also as a PDF.
Typical use cases
For stores with large product catalogsConsistent product, offer and brand data across thousands of items – and a list of the products with the biggest gaps.
For stores with advisory productsFAQs and how-to guides support buying decisions and are quoted by AI assistants.
For brands that want to build authorityA clear company and brand identity with legal data, Wikidata and authority profiles helps AI systems recognise you as the original source.
For multi-channel merchantsDifferent shops, languages and domains each get the right content and conditions – and the consistency check finds names of sister shops where they do not belong.
Conclusion
The AI Visibility Platform prepares your Shopware store for the next generation of search: structured, consistent, measurable and fully managed in Shopware. The result: one clear score, a prioritised to-do list, fewer contradictions – and stronger prerequisites to be recommended in AI answers.
Up to version 1.2 the plugin was called "GEO Optimizer". All settings and data are kept when you update.
