Test updates, extensions and theme changes on a real copy of your shop before they reach your customers. With StageWare® Staging you create test environments right in the Shopware administration and sync files and database at the click of a button, without server access and even on shared hosting.
A stage that behaves like your live shop without touching it
Every stage gets its own folder and its own database, available under a subfolder of your shop or on its own domain. StageWare detects which services your live shop uses, such as Redis, OpenSearch or an HTTP cache, and sets up the stage so it shares none of them with the live shop.
The stage blocks calls to foreign servers such as payment providers or your ERP, and mails go to an address of your choice or into an archive. This lets you place test orders in the stage without a customer receiving a mail or a payment being triggered.

Backups with restore
As an add-on, StageWare backs up the database and files of your shop, manually or on a schedule. You restore a backup into a stage or back into the live shop, and StageWare can back up the current state first. That gives you a way back before every major update.
Install updates without risk
When a Shopware update or a new extension is due, you sync the stage, install the update there and check storefront, checkout and administration at your own pace. Only when everything works does the change go live. Customers or colleagues can also review new content in the stage instead of in the running shop.
