Customer Dashboard for Shopware 6 – Central Overview in the Customer Account

With this extension, you can enhance your Shopware 6 store by adding a clear and user-friendly dashboard to the customer area. Key features such as orders, returns, addresses, and wishlists are centrally displayed and always easily accessible for your customers.

Customers can conveniently view their orders, returns, favorites, addresses, and recent logins in one place.

The dashboard is compatible with the Enterprise Loyalty Program by codegiganten, actively supporting customer retention.

Existing Shopware CMS elements can also be transformed into “dashboard” tiles.

Das Plugin bietet Möglichkeiten, das Standard Shopware Kundenkonto übersichtlicher, aufgeräumter und mit mehr Informationen zu darzustellen. So kann man neben Bestellungen, Retouren, den Adressen auch die Merkliste und aktive Rabattaktionen in eigenen Kacheln darstellen lassen.

Besonders positiv ist die flexible Einbindung über die Erlebniswelten. Dadurch konnten wir das Dashboard individuell an unser Design anpassen und zusätzlich eigene Inhalte, Banner und Call-to-Action-Elemente integrieren.

Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Plugin-Hersteller. Die Kommunikation ist jederzeit offen, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe. Fragen und Anregungen werden ernst genommen und konstruktiv besprochen.
