Wotipps.de is a German blog born out of passion for the internet. The blog concerns itself with performance optimization of websites and, thereby, contains many small sets of instructions to speed up a site.


The Plugins

All plugins of WOTipps enable their users to configure Shopware correctly and enhance the speed metrics of the pages. All plugins are created to facilitate and automate the work flow of web administrators. Furthermore, the plugins enable non technical staff members to optimist their online shops without concerning themselves with the specific details. The plugin’s development focuses on eliminating the problems found be the Google PageSpeed tests and thereby optimizing the web pages. (The Google PageSpeed value is one of Google’s Ranking values.)

Who am I?

I have over 6 years of experience in the topics of creating and administrating websites. Within this time I have crossed ways with many different systems. These include well known CMS such as WordPress and Joomla but also smaller systems like ProcessWire and CMBasic. Through a friend who is an entrepreneur I became part of the Shopware Community. I send my spare time with my passion, creating web services. One of them is a service to automatically optimize websites which can be found at www.wotipps.de (currently in development).


My Shopware Experiences

Being the web administrator of the Shopware installation of the LED Vision OHG, I know Shopware in daily business. My experiences with the system contain design adoptions, debugging in case of errors as well as developing new functionality. You can find blog post about Shopware and its configuration so that your deployment can run as performant as possible. The system can be accelerated just by setting the correct configuration flags.
