Pickware is the only ERP fully integrated into Shopware. No separate system with its own data, no connectors, no sync processes. Over 1,200 shops run warehousing, shipping, returns, purchasing and accounting with it, including Dr. Hauschka, PEGADOR, VICINITY and Alpha Industries.

Pickware doesn't feel like Shopware. Pickware is Shopware, extended with warehouse modules. Everything sits right inside the Shopware administration: warehousing, inventory planning, purchasing, returns management, bills of materials and DATEV-certified accounting. No second login, no duplicate data entry. New team members are productive on day one.
Pick, pack, ship: error-free with barcode scanners
Your team scans, the system does the rest. With the WMS app for iOS and mobile barcode scanners, a complete order runs from picking through packing to shipping without a single click in the Shopware backend. Delivery note, shipping label and tracking number are created in the same moment. Wrong size or colour? The scanner beeps straight away.
Batches and best-before dates under control
Record batches and best-before dates at goods receipt, pick the oldest batch first automatically (FEFO) and get a warning before anything expires. Fully traceable back to goods receipt, line by line. Available from the Advanced plan.
Clicks are a waste of time
With Pickware AI you just ask your data in the chat instead of clicking through menus. How long will stock of item X last? Which products expire in the next 30 days? Who owes you money? The chat is included in every plan, and from Professional you get the MCP server to connect Claude or ChatGPT to your ERP.
Your store, on the same inventory
With the built-in iPad point of sale you sell in your store, at a pop-up or at a trade fair, straight out of your shop. Click & Collect, Order in Store and Ship from Store included. Card payments via Zettle, Mollie or any ZVT terminal. And legally compliant as standard: GoBD, KassenSichV, DSFinV-K and the Austrian RKSV.

What's in which plan
Pickware is billed through the Pickware Account, not through the Shopware Store. Four plans, from start-up to mid-market: 30 orders a day or 10,000. Picking, goods receipt, stocktaking, returns, shipping labels and the Pickware AI chat are included from the Starter plan. Bin sehr zufrieden mit Pickware, sehr guter Support der sich um meine Probleme gekümmert hat.
Auch die Anbindung mit dem DHL Plugin funktioniert einwandfrei, ist fast alles selbsterklärend und auch für einen Einsteiger wie mich leicht zu erledigen.
