About the Extension
With the official DHL Shipping Extension for Shopware you create DHL shipping labels in just two clicks, right in your Shopware administration. The extension connects your online shop directly with your account in the DHL Business Customer Portal. Apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred, and no manual CSV export is needed.
For every order you create shipping and return labels, retrieve them as a PDF straight away and print them directly. Incorrect labels can be cancelled from the administration. Tracking codes land in the order automatically, and you start shipment tracking from the order overview.

Requirements for using this extension
You need access to the DHL Business Customer Portal with shipping processing activated and billing numbers for the DHL products you want to use. From around 200 parcels a year you can request access directly from DHL.

trotz fehlendem update auf 6.6 super (für 6.6 gibt es Interimslösung!)
ich verstehe, dass die fehlende Kompatibilität zur Version 6.6.x frustrierend ist, aber die aktuellen Bewertungen mit nur einem Stern sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Bislang wart ihr offensichtlich zufrieden mit der Erweiterung. Nur weil die Umstellung noch nicht erfolgt ist, das Unternehmen und sein Angebot mit einem Stern zu bewerten, ist einfach nicht richjtig:
Denn die Erweiterung gibt es derzeit noch nicht für die neue Version. Warum bewertet man also eine nicht existierende Erweiterung als nicht funktionell, schlecht gemacht oder mit miesem Kundenservice? Denn dafür steht der eine Stern nämlich und diskreditiert die komplette Leistung.
Fakt ist:
Die Erweiterung war bisher (vor Version 6.6.x) mega super. Auch ich vermisse sie schmerzlich. Ich habe eine Interimslösung gefunden, die mir das Update auf 6.6.x ermöglicht hat und den Versand weitgehend mit DHL automatisiert, aber diese Lösung kostet eben etwas Geld. Ihr findet diese passende Erweiterung im Store. Sobald Pickware fertig ist, steige ich aber sicher wieder um.
Der Service von Pickware war bisher immer super. Etwaige Fehler wurden sofort behoben und der Support antwortet IMMER sehr zügig. Und dass bei einer GRATIS Erweiterung! Aus diesem Grund erhält das Unternehmen meinerseits berechtigt die volle Punktzahl. Erst dann, wenn die Erweiterung zur Verfügung steht, kann man diese im neuen Kontext bewerten.
Alles andere ist unfair.
Shopware 6.6 Support wann?
Auch wenn das Plugin kein Geld kostet, so sollte doch als "offizielles" Plugin der Anspruch vorhanden sein da etwas schneller zu sein.
EDIT: Update ist raus, wir können endlich Live gehen. Vielen Dank an Pickware!

Sehr nützliches Plugin
Leider funktioniert seit dem Update auf die aktuelle Version 2.6.1 die Option "Unterschrift durch Empfänger" nicht mehr. Das Erstellen von Versandetiketten ist nicht möglich, hat vor dem Update noch funktioniert.
Mal sehen, was das nächste Update bringt...
Wichtige und nützliche Erweiterung
Einfache Bedienung und sehr gut in Shopware 6 eingebunden.
ich bin super zufrieden mit dem DHL Plugin.
Als einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass die Updates dauern... leider ist es mir darum teils nicht möglich Shopware Upzudaten und das teils nach Monate.
Wenn sich dies verbessert steht der Funktionalität alle 5 Sterne zu.
Passt und funktioniert...
Wir drucken z.B. auch die Labels für Vorkasse-Bestellungen sofort und richten die Bestellung her - ist aber schöner, wenn der Kunde in dem Fall (über seine DHL App) Abends noch keine Benachrichtigung bekommt, das ein Label erstellt wurde.
Braucht schnellere Updates
Alles sehr zufriedenstellend.
