Lime Connect is Germany’s leading AI agent platform for customer communication. At the same time, the integrated Copilot supports your employees with precise response suggestions, chat summaries, and relevant information from the central knowledge database. In addition, flexible workflows allow you to define structured process logic using drag-and-drop and to automate communication, system actions, and escalations in a reliable and traceable manner.
All AI functions access a standardized knowledge base that can be maintained via website sync, file upload, or manual entry and automatically works in multiple languages. This allows you to combine efficient AI automation with human expertise—for faster results, lower service costs, and a consistent customer experience across all channels.
To inform your customers about current offers and latest updates via WhatsApp, Lime Connect’s WhatsApp Campaigns tool allows you to send your customers personalized newsletters and brochures.
In addition, Lime Connect offers a mobile app, allowing you to manage customer interactions on the go, ensuring you never miss an important message.

Nicht für SW 6.5.2.1
Wann ist denn vielleicht ein Update für die Shopware-Version 6.5 geplant?
Ernstgemeinter Chat-Service NUR mit Userlike
Als deutscher Shopbetreiber kann man eigentlich nur auf Userlike bauen. Alle US-Amerikanischen Anbieter halte ich für zu kompliziert. Kein schneller (oft auch kein guter) Support. Datenschutzangelegenheiten sind oft nicht gut zu durchschauen. Anders ist das bei Userlike. Es ist sinnvoll deutsche Anwendungen zu nutzen... Also Userlike eine Chance geben!
Leider fehlt noch die Sprachsop / Subshop Möglichkeit
An sich gut, leider nicht mehrsprachig
Das hilft einem nicht-deutschprachigen Kunden leider in keinster Weise weiter und wirkt schon fast unseriös.
