About the Extension

UCP – AI Shopping Assistant is the all-in-one AI solution for Shopware 6. Chat assistant for your customers, self-learning shop analysis, and automatic discoverability by ChatGPT Search, Google SGE, Perplexity and friends.

Chat widget for your customers

Customers see a chat widget on every page and can search for products by text or voice. The AI searches your entire catalog (name, description, category, property, SKU, EAN) and shows results as product cards with image, price and pack content. Products land in the real Shopware cart via click or chat command. The AI generates a checkout link — the customer pays through the normal secure shop checkout.

Dedicated top-level navigation "UCP" with dashboard (chat stats, config status, quick actions), chat history viewer, shop knowledge and FAQ management.

Self-learning shop analysis

One click on "Analyze shop" and the plugin crawls your shop (categories, manufacturers, CMS pages, shipping and payment methods, live storefront incl. blog and landing pages via sitemap.xml) and uses AI to generate a structured shop profile. The profile is editable and automatically injected into every customer conversation — the AI knows your shop instantly.

FAQ Manager with bulk importer and CMS element

Manage FAQs as individual entries (no more single textarea). Import complete Q&A lists via copy-paste. Place the FAQ Accordion element anywhere in Shopping Experiences — with beautiful accordion design and automatic Schema.org markup for Google rich snippets.

Chat History (GDPR-compliant)

Optional: record all chat conversations and browse them in the backend. Configurable retention (1–365 days), automatic cleanup via scheduled task, per-session deletion (right to be forgotten).

AI Discoverability Pack

Your shop becomes automatically discoverable by AI systems:

Costs

No subscription. Only pay-per-use API costs: approximately 0.01–0.05 EUR per customer conversation with gpt-4o-mini.

Privacy

No customer data (address, payment) passes through the AI. The customer completes the purchase in the normal, secure Shopware checkout. Chat logging is GDPR-opt-in (default: off).
