About the Extension

Customer-specific article numbers directly in the shop

In professional procurement, business customers work with their own article numbers from ERP or inventory systems. This extension allows you to assign every customer an individual number for every product in the shop. The customer's own number is shown throughout the shop and even finds the product via the shop's search — fully adjusted to the wording the customer is used to.

Historical numbers stay intact

When an order is placed, the extension stores the article number that applied at that moment directly with the order line. If the customer changes the number later, only future orders are affected — existing invoices and delivery notes keep showing the original number. This guarantees traceability for accounting and returns handling.
