About the Extension

This extension adds flexible shortlinks to your Shopware installation. Instead of being limited to a single pattern, you can define up to five formats and use data from products categories or custom fields.

The normal SEO URLs remain active. A shortlink only takes over when Shopware would otherwise return a 404. This keeps your existing structure intact and allows you to add new entry points without conflicts.

Each format can include placeholders for product numbers EAN custom fields or category fields. This creates clean and memorable URLs that work well in many situations.

Examples

Pattern: /{{product.productNumber}}

Result: www.shop.com/12345

Pattern: /ean-{{product.ean}}

Result: www.shop.com/ean-4001234567890

Pattern: /category/{{category.customFields.code}}

Result: www.shop.com/category/home
