With our optional maintenance and management service, we take care of the ongoing support for your InsightSearch search. We set up the search according to your requirements the first time around—including feeds, settings, and display in your shop. You then have 2 hours of service time available each month, during which we make adjustments at your request, such as optimizing feeds, fine-tuning search rules, or customizing the design of the search results. This ensures that your search remains technically maintained and up to date without you having to worry about the details yourself.
Unused hours cannot be carried over to the following month and expire at the end of the month. Plugin updates are only carried out upon request via a support ticket. Work that takes longer than the hourly quota is commissioned and billed separately.
