Die KI-basierte Suche von den Codegiganten überzeugt durch eine starke Kombination aus Relevanz, Performance und einfacher Integration. Die semantische Suche liefert auch bei Tippfehlern oder unterschiedlicher „Kundensprache“ sehr präzise Ergebnisse und verbessert damit spürbar die User Experience sowie die Conversion.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die automatisierten Cross-Selling-Empfehlungen, die ohne manuellen Pflegeaufwand auskommen und sich flexibel über das CMS im gesamten Shop platzieren lassen. Die Einrichtung erfolgt direkt im Shopware-Admin, ohne externe Accounts oder zusätzliche Abos – ein klarer Vorteil im Alltag.

Auch beim Thema Datenschutz (DSGVO-konform, ohne Cookies) und Ladezeiten ist das Plugin sauber umgesetzt.
