Shopware integration for Klaviyo - for the Cloud
Simply send newsletters to customers in your shop.
Tracking of the following data from logged-in users in the shop:
- active in the shop on the go (active on site)
- viewed product
- started checkout
- checkout completed
- added to cart
- back in stock
If the customer is not logged in, but has previously logged in with the same browser, the data will also be transferred to Klaviyo.
When installing the app, a SalesChannel is automatically installed for the product export, which still has to be reconfigured a little. Observe the note in the installation instructions.
Please note that Javascript events (viewed product, added to cart, started checkout, checkout completed) are only transferred to Klaviyo if the Klaviyo cookie has been accepted by the customer via the Shopware Consent Manager (keyword GDPR). However, this function can be deactivated in the plugin settings.

It is possible to transfer the events "fulfilled order" (delivery status = "shipped") and / or "purchased items" (payment status = "paid") for existing orders directly from the administration's order listing to Klaviyo. Simply mark the orders that are to be transferred and click on the button with the three dots.

Full Klaviyo support and no problem with updates at all. Thank you!
The app is absolutely update-proof, as it works almost exclusively via API calls. No side effects are detected on our sales channel templates, which are inherited from the shopware standard templates.
We use OpenSearch in the Administration and Storefront, and the app fully supports this and saw no problems while using OpenSearch in the administration and Storefront.
Also, the Shopware Commercial version's captcha function is supported for the back-in-stock function, so we eliminated some third-party plugins from our old back-in-stock and captcha solution.
This saves money and, of course, time while debugging after a shopware update.
TBH. Getting rid of some plugins and choosing a cloud app was our best decision.
All Klaviyo functions are supported. We use the standard Shopware newsletter registration, which triggers the opt-in mail in Klaviyo.
The back-in-stock function and presales campaign work perfectly. Everything can be tracked perfectly.
Nearly all needed info was transmitted to Klaviyo, so we are able to use Klaviyo Newsletter functionalities up to 100%.
The support was consistently fast and satisfactory.
We support the app and would even give it 20 stars if we could.
