Google Sitemap Generator for Shopware 6
The Google Sitemap Generator extends Shopware 6 with an advanced sitemap index at
/sitemap.xml and provides dedicated XML sitemaps for all important SEO-relevant areas of your store.
The plugin improves the standard Shopware sitemap and helps search engines such as Google crawl and index your content more efficiently.

Sitemap splitting
Google supports a maximum of 50,000 entries per sitemap file. If your shop contains more entries,
the Google Sitemap Generator automatically splits the sitemap into multiple files.
Example:
If your shop contains 80,000 product image entries, the plugin creates one sitemap file with 50,000 entries
and a second sitemap file with the remaining 30,000 entries.
Multilingual sitemap support
The plugin can create multilingual sitemaps per Sales Channel. This helps Google understand the language versions
of your pages and guide users to the correct localized URL. This is especially useful for shops that use multiple
languages within one Sales Channel.
