About the Extension

From June 19, 2026, the cancellation button will become a mandatory feature in online retail in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. Retailers must provide their customers with a clearly recognizable, permanently accessible, and technically functional option for cancellation.

With our plugin, you can implement this requirement easily and professionally. The extension was developed specifically for Shopware and enables quick implementation without complex interventions in existing shop structures. After installation, the cancellation button is immediately available and can be individually configured.
