Umfang der Statistiken besser als in Shopware 5

Eine der wichtigsten Erweiterungen (wie ich finde) über deren Anschaffung man sich Gedanken machen sollte. Im Standard bietet Shopware eine so geringe Auswertung an, dass man von einer Analyse nicht reden kann. Hierfür müsste man externe Anbieter einbinden oder man kann dieses Tool nutzen. Auf der Suche im Store habe ich kein vergleichbares Plugin gefunden. Der Umfang der angebotenen Statistiken war nicht einmal in Shopware 5 geboten! Für mich sind alle wichtigen Statistiken enthalten, daher habe ich mich für dieses Plugin entscheiden und habe es bis heute nicht bereut!

Statistik Professionell Pro ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und liefert eigentlich alles was man braucht ohne viel einstellen zu müssen. Die meisten Sachen lassen sich auch auf Knopfdruck exportieren und Excel bearbeiten. (ist oft einfacher, da man nicht durch den Bildschirm begrenzt ist. Shopware 6 selbst liefert ja nur so begrenzte Daten, dass es nicht wirklich möglich ist etwas zu planen. Der Support ist auch in Ordnung. Ich bin sehr froh uns für dieses Produkt entschieden zu haben.

It gives you a good overview of your sales, per manufacturer if you want, so you have more control over your sales. What is missing however is this filter for stock per manufacturer. So you can't compare your turnover against your stock. If that option was in there I would give it a 9 out of 10. Now i'm stuck at 7 out of 10.

Grundsätzlich ist das Plugin eine gute Sache, um Statistiken nachzuverfolgen. Aufgrund von Zeitzonen-Differenzen (alles derzeit nur UTC) aber sehr verfälschte Daten. Der Support sieht darin leider keinen Fehler und hält das Plugin dennoch für super und sieht nicht vor, diesen Punkt zu fixen. Demzufolge sind Daten leider sehr ungenau und nicht wirklich als geeignete Referenz heranziehbar. Sehr schade, das der Support hier konsequent abblockt.

Als B2B-Shop nutze ich dieses Plugin fast täglich. Es hilft mir schnell und auf einen Blick zu sehen, welches meine Top-Artikel sind, wie hoch die ausstehenden Zahlungsbeträge sind und welches meine Top-Kunden. Über die Oberfläche im Backend ist das wirklich sehr komfortabel. Der Anbieter macht dabei regelmäßig Updates und kleine Verbesserungen der Statistik und antwortet schnell auf Supportfragen. Sehr empfehlenswert für datengetriebenes einfaches Shopmanagement.
